SpaceX Flight to ISS Delayed by Air Force Range Troubles
Earlier this week, a classified National Reconnaissance Office mission aboard an Atlas V was delayed into April due to a fire which broke out in an Air Force downrange radar tracking station “near” Cape Canaveral.
Overnight, SpaceX confirmed that the same problem has forced a new delay in the SpaceX-3, Dragon resupply mission to the International Space Station which was to have taken place at 10:49 pm EDT Sunday evening, March 30.
There is no word at this time as to when the flight will be rescheduled.
Latest reports say SpaceX will launch April 14 according to Nasaspaceflight.
