Unless (1) otherwise approved by the customer, or; (2) for cross-verification purposes with other internet service providers and/or domain registrars, or; (3) your account has been terminated for a violation of our acceptable use policy posted at http://innerspace.net/aup.asp, or; (4) ordered by a court or arbitration body of acceptable jurisdiction, as determined by us, we will not reveal customer contact or identifying information or transaction history to any third party.
